What are the Open Play rules?

• Children must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for their safety and conduct at all times.

• The play space is recommended for children aged 9 months to 8 years old. Children under 9 months old can enter for free when accompanied by a sibling with a paid pass.

• Socks are required for both kids and adults in play areas. Non-slip socks are recommended for children.

• No food or beverages are allowed in the play space. Please enjoy all food and beverages in the welcome area or party room during parties.

• Please do not bring sick children into Kids Magic Lab.

• Please respect the equipment and toys. Sharp or glass objects are strictly prohibited in the play space and the entire premises.

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for bullying and fighting. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guests showing disrespect or engaging in such activities, and they may be removed from the facility without a refund.

• Do not leave valuables or personal belongings unattended; Kids Magic Lab is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

• Anyone seeking entry to Kids Magic Lab, including parents and caregivers, must agree to our terms and conditions and sign a waiver.

• Kids Magic Lab reserves the right to open, close, or change the hours of the premises or any portion of the play space without prior notice. In the event of a closure, customers will not be entitled to a refund for the closed portion(s).

What is the parking information? 

• Kids Magic Lab is located on the second floor of Redmond Town Center. For easy stroller access, we recommend using the top level of the Central Parking Garage.
