Semi Private Party Package

  • Recommend to book a private party if more than 16 kids. Total headcount allowed is 36 (adults + kids). Kids age from 9 months to 13 years will be counted as kids. Additional Adult: $8 per person.

  • Guests must leave the play area and party room by the end of the party time. Hosts have 15 extra minutes to pack up personal belongings. If guests stay and continue to play in the open play area, an additional charge of $90 per half hour will apply.

  • Saturday: 9:30am, 12pm, 2:30pm

  • Sunday: 9:30am (2 or 3 hours), 1pm

Party FAQ

  • Once a deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed. You will receive an email with a link to the Party Add-ons Form. Please complete this form at least one week before your event. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We will also call you to confirm the details of your party.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the party begins. The host family will also have 15 minutes after the 2-hour party window to pack up. Upon check-in at the front desk, grab a cart to assist with unloading and setting up. During the party, all party guests will enjoy a 2-hour Open Play pass to explore and have fun.

    Suggested schedule for a 2-hour party:

    15 minutes: Food/personal item setup. Open play time for guests

    45 minutes: Open Play/ STEM Activities

    45 minutes: Food and Cake in the party room

    15 minutes: Open Play for guest/ Gather belongs from the party room

  • Outside food and drinks are permitted. No cooking at our space! Complimentary basic tableware and KML classic decor are provided. Options for themed decoration as Add-on service.

    Alcohol will be permitted if the party group provide the banquet permit, and book the end of the day 3-hour party slot. Extra cleaning fees apply for party with Alcohol.

  • All guests must sign a waiver before participating in activities at Kids Magic Lab. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver. To streamline your arrival, you can sign the waiver in advance.

  • While we understand things change. However, by taking your reservation we exclude others from that spot. Please review the cancellation policy before booking:

    $200 deposit to secure the party. Full amount due on party day.

    Cancel 30+ days ahead for a refund minus $50 fee.

    Cancel under 30 days, and the deposit is non-refundable.

    Reschedule up to 15 days before with a $50 fee, if available.

  • The Kids Magic Lab team is committed to ensuring a memorable party experience for you and your guests. While tipping is not expected, we deeply appreciate referrals to friends and family if you're happy with our service. Any tips for your host are entirely optional but will be warmly appreciated.
